Ultramar, together with Ultramar Agencia Marítima Chile, UASL and Sitrans, participated for the second year in the Labor Inclusion Fair for People with Disabilities, organized by Cervecería AB InBev in conjunction with the Municipality of Providencia. More than a thousand vacancies were offered for people with disabilities to contribute to the challenges that exist at a national level on inclusion.
"For the second consecutive year we had the opportunity to participate in this fair, where I had the chance to meet thousands of people looking for job opportunities that promote more diverse and inclusive environments and that is precisely our challenge at Ultramar, according to our sustainability strategy and Diversity and Inclusion policy. Through these instances we hope to continue building a company that values diversity and promotes respect for each of our people," says Tiare Ravanal, Ultramar's People Management Leader.
This action is in line with our Diversity and Inclusion Policy, which seeks to promote and maintain a work environment and culture with equal opportunities, rights, and responsibilities, free of any type of discrimination, guaranteeing equality for all people.
