The organizational climate was measured between July and November at 78% of Ultramar’s companies, as 53 companies performed this evaluation through the centralized contract with the institute in Chile.
The initiative is led by the Confederation of Production and Commerce (CPC) and the Ministry of Social Development, and it reached over 100 families in northern Chile. The food boxes were designed to provide each family with sufficient food and basic necessities for 15 days.
The initiative will provide customers with a better experience, faster and more efficient customer care, and improve its services.
The benefits provided by the first SME lab in the region include access to information regarding trends in logistical innovation, an opportunity to work with tools and experts in the field, and support when designing projects that take advantage of available public resources.
