A total of 10 employees from Ultramar Agencia, UASL, TPC and Puerto Angamos in Chile, as well as representatives from Navinter in Guatemala, Rochamar in Brazil and Transtotal together with Stierlift in Peru, participated in the third edition of the Virtual Coffee with Richard von Appen, President of Ultramar.
The objective of these meetings is to engage in an enriching conversation and provide feedback on the current situation of the organization and future challenges.
Many experienced this day for the first time, as is the case of Ana María Mejía, Financial Assistant and IFRS Supervisor at Navinter, Guatemala, who was very motivated and grateful for the opportunity to meet other people from the company.
“From this meeting I keep the passion, to enjoy what we do, because that way we will seek excellence and that will give us better job opportunities,” she said, highlighting the values of excellence, integrity and safety, and also sustainability.
Claudio Cubillos, HSE Advisor at Ultraport, Chile, who also experienced this coffee in a positive way, had a similar view.
“The most outstanding thing for me was to be able to listen to the different opinions and to see once again that safety is one of the four most important values of this company and something that cannot be compromised. As a safety and occupational health professional, this value is and will be my fuel to continue developing and promoting this culture,” he said.
These meetings represent a valuable opportunity to strengthen Ultramar's internal culture and allow employees to learn about crucial issues such as safety, leadership, culture and development.
